Highly Organized

There is a very large and, apparently, successful physicians’ practice in our area. And wow, do they have their act together. This Practice is comprised of primary care physicians and specialists – dermatology, nephrology, cardiology, oncology – they cover it all.
First of all, when you call there you simply tell the operator the name of the physician you need to speak with and he/she transfers you to your doctor’s office. Each doctor has at least one personal receptionist/secretary that answers the phone. And when you do call, it’s usually with a problem and they anticipate that.
When you arrive at the facility, you are checked-in immediately. They scan your insurance card and direct you to your doctor’s waiting area. The entire Practice employs the use of electronic medical records, so they are extremely efficient. Anytime you see any of the doctors, they already know your history, medications, etc. Need blood work? No problem – down the hall, to the left.
The point is, because they are so well organized – they literally seem to have all the bases covered – they eliminate all of the frustrating aspects of going to the doctor’s office. And, they get you in front of the doctor with no hassles and as little waiting as possible. Their organizational skills (they seem to employ only people who meet their high standards) are truly evident and that carries over into their ability to provide first- class service to the patients they serve.
“Judy is a person that has incredible organizational skills. Whether it’s how she organizes a written presentation or any other presentation or testimony. It is well thought out, it is well structured and it has logical sequence. And so everything she does – an email, another form of written communication, verbal communication – it’s well organized. And obviously, the organization that is apparent is an indicator that she’s done her homework and that she’s prepared. She is extremely well organized. Coming from a litigator, that’s high praise. She makes my job easier.”
