Have you ever dealt with a situation when you have a problem and the solution to that problem is beyond your control?  This may be a small concern or perhaps a more serious matter.  And it isn’t necessarily a question of who’s right and who’s wrong.  So you place a call to the vendor or supplier and the Customer Service Representative you speak with responds affirmatively and understands your issue.  You have been assured that the issue will be resolved.  The wheels are in motion and you’ve trusted that it is being handled appropriately.  Now what?

We don’t simply trust the system.  We take on your problem or your issue and we own it.  We work behind the scenes with the carrier or vendor to make sure the resolution is on track and timely.  We follow up and we follow through – you will have positive confirmation that your issue is resolved as you expected it should be.
