Consider the following facts:
- We’re a very small company. There was a time when we shied away from saying that, but we have found that remaining a boutique agency is the only way we can stay true to our core values.
- Our goal is to have a few very well cared-for clients. Satisfying customers and exceeding their expectations is all we care about. We will never take on another client unless we can guarantee that we can maintain our unmatched level of service.
- Our clients are like family. We fight for our clients like a mother bear protects her den. If you think that’s a little more than you were looking for in an advisor, well…there are others. Read our testimonials.
- We are independent advisors. We are solution-driven, not product or commission-driven, and we are beholden to no one or to any particular carrier. We do what is appropriate – not what is easy.
- We only want long-term relationships. And we make the commitment and invest the time to make sure that happens. Be prepared to get out of the annual-thinking mode and into the strategic-thinking mode… you need a game plan!
- We don’t know everything. But we do know a heck of a lot and we have the ability, the resources and the relationships to find out the rest.
- We’re highly specialized. Just like you wouldn’t see an orthopdedic surgeon for chest pains, you shouldn’t be talking with your P&C provider or your payroll administrator about your group medical insurance.
